Meet Stephan H. Peskin
Our principal attorney Stephan H. Peskin is heavily involved in each and every case that comes into our office. He conducts the initial consultation with each potential client and is able to confidently assess the possibilities for each case. Mr. Peskin realistically portrays the possible outcomes to clients and pursues cases aggressively on their behalf in the instance that they are satisfied with the options that they have regarding their case.
Stephan H. Peskin – past president of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, featured in Who’s Who in American Law, and is a senior member of the board of directors of the American Association for Justice. He has published several books and articles that deal with the practice of civil litigation and is sought-after as a lecturer and teacher.
Matthew Lombardi also has an impressive resumé, including his selection as a Rising Star through Super Lawyers. The prestigious Rising Stars award is given to only 2.5 percent of qualifying attorneys in New York. Attorney Lombardi credits much of his success to behind-the-scenes knowledge he acquired while serving as a law clerk for judges in New York and New Jersey.
Bookson is well known for the numerous seven figure recoveries obtained for her clients, either by verdict or settlement, and has earned high professional regard of her peers for her integrity and excellence in the representation of her clients. She has served as President of the state wide New York State Trial Lawyers Association and continues to serve as a trustee of the association’s political action committee, LAWPAC.
Christopher M. Seleski formerly worked in the Torts Department for New York City Transit Authority, Mr. Seleski believes that every person has a right to be heard in the civil justice system. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and The New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
